Opinion Writing
My review of Marvel's "Loki" praises the show's treatment of the titular character, granting him a unique arc for the first time in years and self love, as well as casting of supporting roles.
ADHD RPG
On this podcast, centered around tabletop roleplay games, I play Flossy Clementine, a child star who has recently had to go into hiding due to her newly developing powers, in The Mudlands, a campaign that takes place within the gridlines of the game Monster of the Week. I also run the podcast's Twitter, and I designed the cover art.
Roll With It
I wrote lyrics and co-composed this hour-long musical (linked here), which explores grief through the tabletop roleplay game Dungeons and Dragons (book by Blythe Butler, co-composition by Deven Duphare). This was extended from a 10-minute musical, the cast of which is featured above. In August 2023, I had the privilege of seeing it done in Boulder, CO for Parlando School of Music's New Musicals Project festival, wherein they perform three new works. Roll With It was one of 75 entries.
Production Manager of Echo Magazine
During my senior year at Columbia College Chicago, I acted as production manager of Echo, the school's student magazine. In addition to creating and managing the production schedule and backout schedule, I edited articles, guided less experienced students, copy edited final layouts, and wrote several articles. My work is on pages 8-11 and 24-25.
Solo Performance - "Not Like the Other Girls"
I took part in a monologue series among a group of twelve other performers. My solo piece focused on the "not like the other girls" trope and sports coach grooming. The audio was prerecorded, and I moved my body as if I was speaking while never opening my mouth. This photo was from an earlier draft of the project, which included video.
First Place in General Excellence
At the Illinois Community College Journalism Association Awards, I won first place in General Excellence when I was the Editor-in-Chief of the IV LEADER for the 2018/2019 school year. Additionally, I won first place in arts review that year and second the previous year, and I took home first place in front page design two years in a row. Above is the last copy of the IV LEADER I oversaw as EIC.

Master of Tae Kwon Do
During my time training at the Duque Institute of Martial Arts, I taught five- to eight-year olds basic techniques, and I trained helped them get a handle on the motor skills needed to do so without hurting themselves. I also trained to compete at the Junior Olympics in sport poomse, and I performed regularly in competitions and exhibitions. There is no accompanying link.
